Challenge
Collect images within 10 different categories of image type, such as documents (business cards, documents in general, invoices), street signs and menus.
To be done via specific devices in 4 countries.
Our approach
We used a wide variety of approaches across the timeline and various image category needs of this project including:
Referral programs (led by DC and later by recruitment)
Surveying our database to find participants with the correct phone type
Pivoting users from other projects to finish within this aggressive timeline
Directed external advertising, and more.
Results
We delivered images within all languages and categories on or ahead of schedule.
Mexican Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese were completed nearly 2 months ahead of schedule.
